I welcome you now, into the Heart Room.
Surrender your mind, and surrender your heart, to the love that is available, that is ever present in the Heart Room.
Allow the love. Accept the love. Open your mind to welcoming change with love. Open your heart to allowing love to guide you into change.
Love is expansive in the Heart Room. No exclusion. No tight circumscribed concept of what belongs, what does not belong, who deserves, who does not deserve, no constriction. Surrender to this love. Allow the love. Accept the love.
The Heart Room is safe. Safe for exploration of your thoughts and feelings, your experiences. In the nourishment that is Heart Room love, you have a moment to consider welcoming any change with love. Even that which you have, perhaps persistently, refused to consider. Even that which looks to be most unwelcome. In allowing love, accepting love, in the Heart Room, you do learn, bit by bit, how to love. How to welcome change with love. How to initiate change with love.
And then, your moment over, you return to your daily life changed. Changed by love. And as you have been changed by love, so you bring love to the task of welcoming any change in your daily life upon your planet, which is undoubtedly a planet of constant change. In the Heart Room, you learn how to temper your feelings and thoughts in the gentle embrace of love, and you take that loving temperament into your daily world.
When your mind or your heart, when either begins to tremble or wobble about the certainty of love, return once again to the stillness, to the quiet, opening your hearts, opening your minds, to allow love to enter your heart and mind and to welcome you into the Heart Room. Once again, allow love to permeate every cell in your body. Bathe in the love, in the living waters of love that are the pool of love and forgiveness in the Heart Room. The Heart Room where love can speak to you, cleanse you, embrace you, float you, teach you, speak to you, listen to you, as you listen to love's voice in the stillness of the Heart Room.
That is the practice. That is the exercise. That is the discipline.
The discipline of love that is learning how to love, is the discipline of joy, learning how to bring joy into your life upon your planet.
